Shape Early, based in Berkshire, is a community initiative soon becoming a charity that aims to foster lasting resilience through every life transition. Their work starts with early childhood, operating on the belief that practical, compassionate help should be offered before crises arise, not just after. The first project, the Early Childhood Compass, is a pilot that serves parents and carers of children aged 0‑6, providing clear guidance, strong connections and confidence to navigate these formative years.
